meet Dinnie

Helping people feel seen and confident through hair is my passion.

I believe in cutting hair with intention and I understand the power a haircut has when we work organically, collaboratively, and intuitively together. My lived experience as a trans femme person with curls makes me incredibly passionate about providing gender affirming services for my community.

As a texture and curl Specialist, I work with all hair textures and am trained in Rezo Curl, Mizani Aircut, and Deva Curl techniques, which have been blended together to create my own personal signature cutting style.

I’m obsessed with creating face-framing, the perfect fringe, shags, mullets, curls, and anything and everything texture related. My passion for education leads me to continually take advanced classes with industry leaders so I can continue to bring fresh ideas and techniques my guests.

I’m also certified in a number of extension techniques, my favorite being Hand-Tied and KTips. I love how customizable, lightweight and healthy they are for the hair and that they’re great for all textures to give fullness, length, or chemical free color.

Self-care is so vital for me; I love recharging my energy out in nature. I’m particularly in love with the ocean and can be found paddle boarding at every opportunity. For me it is the vessel to lay and float and connect. I love foraging on nature adventures using what they collect in my personal magic rituals.
